Somerset West is home to Residential Estate Dennegeur (Pty) Ltd, a Belgian owned company. Our specialization lies in upmarket residential developments situated on the slopes of the Schapenberg Mountain Range. The views from our developments are spectacular, overlooking the Helderberg mountain range, False Bay, the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve and Table Mountain across the bay.
Dennegeur Pty's developments are very sought after properties with already an average of 42% annual increase in the value of the plots over the last three years, and 2005 showing an even higher increase to date. Currently we are developing four residential estates which include: Dennegeur Estate, Somerset Heights, Sea View Lake and Hageland. 97% of Dennegeur Estate has been sold. Less than 50% is still available at Somerset Heights. Sea View Lake will soon be launched and additional Hageland stands will be released in the near future.
